Pat has an extensive and diverse background in Human Resources having operated at Board and senior level in major PLC’s and Small to Medium sizes enterprises, across a variety of industry sectors, from Financial Services (Fexco), Telecoms (Orange and Eircom) through to Licensed (Grand Metropolitan) and Retail (Ladbrokes).

She has widespread experience in managing and leading multi-cultural regionally based teams, and in driving change programmes through organisations.

She is stimulated by challenge and change, and has developed a passion on changing the perception and delivery of the traditional Personnel and Training operation to a value adding function of Human Resource Management, and a Learning & Development culture. She has led the development of implementation of Management Development and Action Learning programmes, and has achieved the “Gold” Standard in “Excellence Through People Award”.

She has an MSc in Human Resources Management, and is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development. She has also served on the Kerry Regional Executive with IBEC both as a Member and President
